Questions

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then nuku. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

Is nuku free?

Logging is free: workouts, sets, rest timer, programmes and your full history. Premium reads your log back: your next PB on every lift, the lifts you choose to track, strength trends, rep maxes and PRs, and the muscles you worked this week. Premium is NZ$4.99 a month or NZ$39.99 a year. New subscribers get 14 days free on the yearly plan, 7 days on monthly.

I paid but Premium isn't on

Open nuku, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

I've got a new phone. How do I keep my history?

Your log is stored on your phone, not on a server. Moving to a new iPhone with Quick Start, or restoring from an iCloud or computer backup, brings nuku's data across. Then open nuku and tap Restore purchases in Settings to turn Premium back on.

If I delete the app, is my data gone?

Yes. Your log only lives on your phone, so deleting nuku deletes it. A backup made before you deleted it still holds it.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I use pounds?

Yes. In nuku, go to Settings, then Units, and choose kilograms or pounds. Your log is the same either way, so you can switch any time.

Why doesn't the rest bell ring on my phone?

If you wear an Apple Watch, iPhone sends notifications to your watch while the phone is locked, so the bell taps your wrist instead (or makes no sound if the watch is on silent). With nuku open on screen, the bell rings on the phone. Also check Settings, Notifications, nuku: Sounds on.

Does nuku work offline?

Yes. Everything works without a connection. Only subscribing and restoring purchases need the internet.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. It's iPhone only for now.
